Insulating Glass: Insulating glass consists of two or more hermetically sealed glass panes separated by an air space in combination with various sealants, spacers, gases and desiccants.  SGC Insulating glass can be made with anneal clear glass, tinted glass, solar reflective glass, Low-E glass, laminated glass, tempered glass, heat-strengthened glass, spandrel glass, silk-screened glass and bent glass. The warm edge spacer, high performing argon filling and double silver Low-E coated glass may be available on request.

Applications:                                                                                                                                                       Suitable for commercial and residential glazing in dual-seal insulating glass unit, the primary seal will be polyisobutylerne(butyl).The secondary seal will  be polysulfide or silicone. For all strural glazing applications, a secondary seal of silicone must be specified.
