Laminated Glass :Laminated glass is constructed by bonding a tough polyvinyl butyral (PVB) plastic interlayer between two pieces of glass under heat and pressure to form a single piece. It can be made from many combinations of clear, tinted or solar-reflective glass, and the interlayer itself can be clear or tinted. Laminated glass provides significantly better sound control than monolithic glass, effectively blocking out unwanted noise. It also resists penetration and forced entry, screens out 99 percent of the sun's ultraviolet rays, and can be produced in any color. When laminated glass is broken, the glass particles tend to adhere to the interlayer, significantly reducing the risk of flying or falling glass.
